cezas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6denmemesi durumunda hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7evrilece\u011fi hususunun kararda g\u00f6sterilmesi gerekti\u011finin g\u00f6zetilmemesi,<\/p><p>Kanuna ayk\u0131r\u0131 ve san\u0131k &#8230;&#8217;\u00fcn temyiz nedenleri yerinde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden, tebli\u011fnameye ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak, H\u00dcKM\u00dcN BOZULMASINA, yarg\u0131laman\u0131n bozma \u00f6ncesi a\u015famadan ba\u015flayarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcp sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmak \u00fczere dosyan\u0131n esas\/h\u00fck\u00fcm mahkemesine g\u00f6nderilmesine, 02.06.2016
